I would buy this bag again and reccomend it to anyone looking for something stylish yet completely functional. I currently have it stuffed full of random stuff and will clean it out soon, but it still holds everything I need when I have to take my laptop and everything with me. I bought this to take on a bus trip to carry my laptop, tablet, cords, and a few miscellaneous items. I threw the small carry case in my drawstring bag to take into an amusement park. I use it on a day to day basis for my work items, that include folders, phone, and sometimes my tablet. I cannot say anything for its durability, as I have only used it for a week. I will update once I see how the handles hold up. It is a nice, slim bag since I was used to carrying a Thirty-one utility bag (which was nice because of all the pocets, but it did get bulky at times). I can even throw my metal water bottle and small umbrella in when needed.

Update one year later: This bag has held up wonderfully! The handles are still in perfect shape and the bag is still fully in tact. I would buy this bag again and reccomend it to anyone looking for something stylish yet completely functional. I currently have it stuffed full of random stuff and will clean it out soon, but it still holds everything I need when I have to take my laptop and everything with me. I bought this to take on a bus trip to carry my laptop, tablet, cords, and a few miscellaneous items. I threw the small carry case in my drawstring bag to take into an amusement park. The amount of abuse this bag has endured - and sailed through without a hitch - is incredible.
