Review: Overall good quality - I really like it gives you that snatch you are looking for with good back support. I would not wear it on the treadmill or an elliptical due to the restriction it causes with your core but I did some lifting with it and really liked it as a light lifting belt (I would not use it by itself for powerlifting because it’s not that strong) I did find the size I bought was a bit short for my torso as I’m 5’11 but that’s on me because I did not measure length. You might be able to size down as well due to how stretchy the elastics are. I will say the Velcro can be itchy at times but that’s easily fixed with an undershirt

I really like it gives you that snatch you are looking for with good back support. Oh my goodness....10 STARS for me!! This shaper is the truth. At first, I was thinking that I ordered the wrong size and boy was I wrong. The Waist offers back support, comfortable and snatches you right where you need to be snatched...you hear me!?! I'm sitting up so straight...chile. Honestly, I didn't think that it was possible. There's 5 ribs in place that keep you erect. The only downside is that it needs just tad bit more length. Other than that, no complains at all!!
