She was very pleased with the quality of the knifes and the self sharpening block ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goodness Gracious Great Blades a fire!! *by O***I on 11 October 2022* After promising to replace the old ceramic knife set we have use for years, now held together with Duct Tape and Hope (ceramics seem no longer available probably due to tip breakage) I started the almost inexaustive search for the best value, almost pro , super sharp set of blades. After checking all the dubious so called 'Japanese' ultra sharp style knives and self sharpening knife block systems, I came across these french Sabatier knives and block. They are excellent quality, comfortable, easy to handle and sharper than even new ceramics. The self sharpening block is nice and sturdy and does a good job so far. Every knife you need on a day to day is included - and they are excellent value at the price point I paid.
