So this is a joy to take. It does pick up the energy. I will continue as the results continue. Have to get lab work done in a couple of months. We'll see what takes place. I believe it will good. I love this product because it causes the small capillaries in the toes and fingers to receive the blood they need. If I don't have this on hand, my feet and hands start to get numb. It feels good to know I can take this instead of taking something that has way too many side effects. I only take otc. I am 67 and I only take Bayer Aspirin once a week and Walgreens Antiacids once a week.
