This hat is made of durable felt and has cool gold trimming to complete the colonial look. The cap is big enough to fit most sizes heads and is made to fit even while wearing a wig underneath. I do love how I was able to decorate it the way I wanted it to, so it's great starter hat for craft lovers. It does run big, but I fixed that by putting form adhesive strips on the inside of the hat (you can find it the sewing/craft dept.) and it worked itself out.

Better quality than I imagined. I wore this hat all night and I didn’t sweat or over heat. I had cheap quality decorative hats before that were impossible to wear longer than posing for a picture.
