A: This supplement has a dosage of 2 capsules. The daily dosage of 2 capsules contains 1500mg of Vitamin C and 40mg of Zinc. This is clearly mentioned on the labels and detailed product information. The label clearly states that there are 180 capsules and this is for 3 months (90 days), therefore there are 2 capsules per day as the daily recommended dosage. These are my go to high strength Vitamin C I work away from home a lot and a I'm prone to picking up colds and sniffles. I take these daily and if I feel something coming on, upping the dose seems to work miracles at keeping it at bay. Easy to swallow size and good value for money.
