I am a road warrior. I live on airplanes and stay at hotels most of the time. My diet is usually quite horrible. I eat fast food or anything that is quick and can be taken on the go. My kids have been sick with a cold all week since I started taking these vitamins and I usually catch anything and everything that goes around. So far, I am doing well with no sniffles, cough or runny nose. However, the most important thing for me is that it does not upset your stomach. There is nothing worse than having to use the restroom urgently. Lastly, I only take two vitamins a day. I take one with lunch and one with dinner.
