**Q: What is the coating made of? Thanks**
A: I don't have the packaging anymore but, what I can say is, I've used the pan a lot and nothing sticks. I wash it by hand to preserve the coating and a year later it looks as good as new.

Brilliant frying pan, never sticks and easy clean. So impressed that I bought my daughter one.

Not worth the cost. Barely a year old and the ceramic is cracked and peeling. It is not non stick and can be difficult to clean. The centre of the pan is slightly raised so oil always moves to the edges of the pan creating difficulties in an even level of cooking. Handle works loose after a few use times
