The top two containers you can put cold stuff or room temp stuff. The bottom two hit stuff. And the bottom two foods are still stwaming hot at lunch time. Just put hot water in the box itself for about 5 minutes. **Q: What is the diameter inside each bowl? Need to know what size bread would fit in.
