King Regis of Lucis (Sean Bean) commands an elite force of soldiers called the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king’s magic, Nyx (Aaron Paul) and his fellow soldiers fight to protect Lucis. As the overwhelming military might of the empire bears down, King Regis is faced with an impossible ultimatum – to marry his son, Prince Noctis to Princess Lunafreya of Tenebrae (Lena Headey), captive of Niflheim, and surrender his lands to the empire’s rule. Although the king concedes, it becomes clear that the empire will stop at nothing to achieve their devious goals, with only the Kingsglaive standing between them and world domination. Review: Just very well executed, animation at it's best. - When you watch these cgi animated films it is so well done that you could be mistaken for thinking it is real actors. I have seen all the Final Fantasy films & I think that the animation just seems to get better & better. It can't be easy matching up the visual mouthing of the characters with the actors voice overs, amazing! Also the settings they produce are awesome, a visual treat for the eyes indeed. Review: For Final Fantasy fans mainly - I decided to get this on Blu-Ray as being a bit of a movie snob i wanted the best quality. As I had started to play Final Fantasy XV i wanted the full details behind the game to fill in the gaps and not only does this movie do it, its also a great stand alone movie which any fan of the Final Fantasy series would enjoy. There is quite a lot of the mythos still missing in this "universe" but not enough to confuse, possible just my desire to know the full details causing me to see this as a negative. I paid £7 for this and will be keeping it with my collection and will watch again in the future ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08QRVLTCH | | Best Sellers Rank | 93,869 in DVD & Blu-ray ( See Top 100 in DVD & Blu-ray ) 4,238 in Fantasy (DVD & Blu-ray) 5,227 in Animation (DVD & Blu-ray) 29,859 in Blu-ray | | Customer reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (1,280) | | Dubbed: | French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai | | Language | English | | Media Format | 4K, Subtitled | | Number of discs | 2 | | Product Dimensions | 1.78 x 19.05 x 13.72 cm; 235.87 g | | Release date | 30 Mar. 2021 | | Run time | 1 hour and 55 minutes | | Studio | Sony Pictures Home Entertainment | | Subtitles: | Arabic, Cantonese Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Mandarin Chinese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish | ## Product Details - **Contributor:** Sony Pictures Home Entertainment - **Format:** 4K, Subtitled - **Genre:** Animation, Fantasy - **Language:** English - **Runtime:** 1 hour and 55 minutes ## Images ![Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital] - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81cqE5zAceL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just very well executed, animation at it's best. *by R***. on 17 November 2020* When you watch these cgi animated films it is so well done that you could be mistaken for thinking it is real actors. Decent voice acting bar 1 character. While the game XV has not come out yet, I did feel that this movie kind of gave some backstory to the world and the MC from the game. How much of this backstory will be told in the game is yet to be seen. I would say this movie is worth a watch as it has some epic fight scenes and beautiful animation with an okay story. If none of this backstory is shown in the game I believe this may be a must see. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV [4K UHD] [Blu-ray] - Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete - 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital - Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within [4K UHD] [Blu-ray] --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/343809048-kingsglaive-final-fantasy-xv-4k-ultra-hd-blu-ray-digital](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/343809048-kingsglaive-final-fantasy-xv-4k-ultra-hd-blu-ray-digital) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
