That led to hitting some really solid iron shots, minimising thin and fat contacts. That's before you get into any ground reaction force benefits that I supposedly gained from this aid. I expect that by using this often, particularly before practice sessions and rounds, my balance will improve and thus my swing and ball striking will improve too.
