The GS17-R teleprompter sits on top of your camera head, so you can pan and tilt your camera the same as if you were not using a teleprompter. The mount system is designed to easily fit all tripods and is designed for simple and easy setup and teardown. The unique design allows you to situate the tripod almost directly under the LCD display, making it unnecessary to use counterweights. You will find that even the lightest camera can be installed on the Galaxy Series GSW-17 and will be perfectly balanced.
