The motorcycle ramp limits bikes to tires under 5.5 in. Helix, Reflex, Majestic, Gold Wing, and Burgman and similar scooters cannot be carried by a VH-55. Due to their length they cannot be weight centered on the rail. A VH-SPORT carrier is needed instead but further restrictions(weight/size) may apply. I bought the Chinese version and when it came, I regretted it instantly. So I returned the cheapie and ordered Versahaul carrier. It’s great. There hasn’t been a second I regretted spending my money on this product. It is heavy, durable steel carrier that will help you transport your bike anywhere. You will need help putting on and taking it off because of the weight of the construction but me and my boyfriend did it with no problems and we are no American ninja warriors. The only con is the Stabilization bracket it comes with. It’s well made but the design is poor in my opinion.
