A: Yes, they are working at my sons' house on his daughters walls very well and they are textured.

**Q: What size is the castle ?**
A: The castle is 3 feet tall and  16 inches wide

**Q: Can this be used as a window decoration ?**
A: It would adhere just fine (the point of Brenda's answer is it would have to be an "inward-facing" decoration, not outward-facing like a shop window display). But check the dimensions; the ice palace part is 39" tall.
