Obviously with a product not used in the dental office to whiten teeth it does a good job keeping my teeth clean and healthy. It’s not as white as I would like for my teeth to be, but it does the job well. It maintains my teeth’s white color. As for pain relief it is not really made for that. I don’t get any pain when I use it.
