There were many fights that the Merry Men fought and there were also many duels that Robin Hood encouraged the duelist to join him and the Merry Men. Besides the actions there were dialogs and even romance between certain characters like Robin Hood and Lady Marian. The women even fought in some battles and even took care of themselves by fighting. This is a great novel for people who like non-stop action and the novel is not boring and can be read for enjoyment.
