I have always used the walmart wilton jars of color for my frostings and using a knife it gets messy and just a pain so I looked for a decent alternative.This is the go to buy every time! I use this to color buttercream frosting for high top cupcakes and to decorate cakes. The pic I posted I would say for about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of white frosting I used 1 to 2 dots like very tiny dots of color and it made that pastel color rosettes. The darker ones at the top and bottom are about 5 tiny dots of color.
