## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can one tell if the phone is "unlocked"?**
A: Yes it was unlocked. But one huge problem is that it wasn't a Galaxy A32 phone. It ended up being a A10. I didn't know till I looked it up in the settings. Def wouldn't buy from this guy.

**Q: What does "Amazon renewed" mean?**
A: was originally a contract phone...returned to carrier..who sells them to these dealers...who then test and confirm function...also they have the ability to unlock so it uses any SIM card carrier...but not all carriers cover all areas...unlocked has always worked for me..helps if you ever want to sell it....each phone is sold by different sellers...I always check out individaul sellers for feedback..best results..buy from seller with over 80% feedback ratings

**Q: What mean t mobil unlocke**
A: That mean you can use with company (carrier) who use a SIM card like T mobile in the USA. You can use that phone in other country too, just put a SIM card and it will work. Have to be sure it is " unlocked"
If it's locked, it won't work after you put the SIM card in.

**Q: It says unlocked, will it work with at&t? conflicting information posted here.**
A: Works fine with T-Mobile. Should work fine with AT&T.
