A: They do have a small heam at the bottom. They do need some weights in them somewhere. Mine blow around a lot during the day when trying to block sun from porch.

**Q: do they come with the tie back**
A: There are no ties that come with it.

**Q: Does the measurement of the curtain take in consideration the pleats?**
A: The curtains are a true measurement size if you lay them flat, they are the exact measurement that the package states.

**Q: does the 144 in curtain rod need a support in the middle?**
A: I would definitely use a support. The curtains are of a heavier material.

The first set I received was nice material and quality reordered and not the same the material differs so hence they loose a star but go for it.
