I've been using this multivitamin for a little less than a year and plan to switch to another brand soon. You have to take 2 pills to get the full dosage so the 120 pills will really only last you for 60 days which I don't really like and I was disappointed that these vitamins don't contain iron since I rarely eat meat. It took a while to find one that fit both of these requirements and I finally found it today.The recommendations I used (THE MOST CURRENT RECOMMENDATIONS CAN BE FOUND ON THE USDA WEBSITE)were as follows (for women aged 20-50, >50, and what was in this product):Vitamin A (4000,4000,5000) Vitamin D (400, debatable but may become 700, 800) Vitamin E (12,12,100) Thiamin (1,1,30) Riboflavin (1.1,1.1,30) Niacin (13,12,50) Vitamin B-6 (2,2,20) Folate (400,400,400) Vitamin B12 (3,3,60) Calcium (800,800,250) Iodine (100,80,150) Magnesium (300,300,100) Zinc (15,15,30) Iron (18,10,0) and from the product site "Pomology Women's Daily is also Iron Free and Vitamin K Free."Using the above, one tablet of this multivitamin is low in calcium and magnesium, and does not have any iron or vitamin K.That in itself is incredible, even though the serving size is 2 tabs 1 is more then sufficient for women >20 if green vegetables (source of calcium and magnesium intake)are eaten on a daily basis. The lack of Vitamin K is great for those on blood thinners who must watch their intake, however, I cannot understand the lack of iron in this formula.
