I assume that the 4G is powered from the same source. Also if you use the gateway router, that thing needs its own power source. I wired mine into a near by AC unit. Make sure you do a re-set on the router and pair it with the winegard app before you close it up. **Q: Why does it state when parked? Does it turn off in motions. Just curious** A: Doesn’t work in motion, would be continuously searching. **Q: So it says that it is good for uhf/vhf/fm is it the same or will it pick up the hdtv stations?** A: There are no analog stations in the US. All antennas, ALL, will pick up digital signals, making all of them HD antennas. Mfgs put HD in their description as a marketing device to mislead people thinking they need an HD antenna when all antennas pick up HD signals. Also range is a marketing device. Due to the curvature of the Earth on flat ground with no obstructions between the antenna and the TV tower (source) the maximum range you can expect from the very best antenna in the very best conditions is only 90 miles. Most antennas fall in the 40 to 60 mile range. Directional antennas tend to have better range than omnidirectional antennas. Directional antennas can pick up signals from all directions but work better if pointed at the stations you want to receive. So it depends on where you are, where the TV towers are and what might be between you and them as to how good the signal will be without pixelation.
