**Q: Where are the refills? If I'm going to mop everywhere at one time I'll need more than three pads.**
A: You only get three in the package. You can always order extra from the company. I will tell you this mop broke on me two different times I would not recommend it

**Q: Didn't get a bottle**
A: Contact the seller of this product I am a buyer. I did discover I could buy the Swifter bottle the new product and pour it into the bottle on my mop

**Q: Can I use swiffer disposable pads with this?**
A: You can, they Velcro on just like the mop pads that come with the spray mop…I’ve used them, works perfectly.

**Q: The bottle with the cleaning solution would pop up after every few sprays. Had to push it back in for it to spray. Is this normal or broken?**
A: It's not normal I don't believe.  Mind doesn't do that.  My first mop was defective and when I got in touch with the seller and wrote a review about how it was defective, the seller send me another one free of charge.
