Can the helmet be modified inside to give sight through the whole visor?** A: It might be possible but would be a delicate operation as the visor sits really close to the eye holes. It doesn't seem like the visor is glued to the helmet by the eye holes but it is flush with the helmet. **Q: What are the dimensions of the Captain Rex helmet?** A: Well I don't have the exact dimensions on it. But compared to all of my collection. It looks almost exactly like the black series helmets that you are able to get at video game store. I want to say game trader's. In my opinion they are one of the best helmets that I have bought **Q: Can you wear this with glasses?** A: Unfortunately no. I was unable to put it on with glasses. I have extra room having a medium sized head and couldn't get standard glasses past the padding. **Q: Could this handle rain?** A: Yes, some. My son trick or treated in it this weekend. It was raining pretty hard at times. The molding is solid and the paint is too. It's thick and heavy (many of these online helemts are thin and flimsy, often distorting during shipment....not these). As far as prop goes you can't go wrong. Worth the of extra money to purchase. If you plan on wearing them they have a lot to left desired. Not too terribly bad, but very little foam on the inside, your nose will be smashed for most models (although this is also true for a lot of the black series helemts too). No sound modulation and as mentioned above, very heavy.Summary: if you want to wear them and a black series helemt exists I would go with the black series. But if it's a prop you are looking for go for it. These are great props. The paint job looks more lifelike when compared to black series. It's more realistic looking. The BS ones look too shiney. These look "battle worn". 5 stars for appearance, 2 for wearing.
