Review: Value for Money! - The one I got looks 100% like a brand-new phone. I don't think anyone can tell it apart from a brand-new one with bare eyes. The vendor put in nice touches like a protective plastic sheet on the LCD display, the phone cord and the LAN cable are still in a plastic bags. I provisioned it with a VOIP provider and so far the phone functions well. For the price of this refurb, I give the vendor 5 stars based on my initial tests. The color LCD on this VVX 411 is not a touch screen. I chose it intentionally as I want to use the hard keys to navigate the menu (believing that they will last longer than a touch screen.) I purchased the power supply separately, and hence have not tested the POE feature. I believe that'd work too. Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for a refurb desk phone for VOIP.

**Q: Does this come with the AC power supply, or would we need to purchase it separately?**
A: Mine did not come with an AC power supply which is typical. Typically these are used in PoE environments, and if you need external power, a PoE injector is relatively inexpensive if you don't have a PoE switch.

**Q: Will this work with Vonage and does it come with a cord and all parts?**
A: Yes, it could work with Vonage. The phone comes with everything except a power adapter, because most people use a Power over Ethernet switch.

**Q: Is screen backlit, able to be read in low light?**
A: Yes it is backlit well and is very usable in low light. The keypad is not lit so some memorization may be prudent.

**Q: Can i plug in the plantronics bt600 bluetooth dongle to the usb port for my headset?**
A: Did this end up working for you? I want to do the same

This phone has saved me a lot of time and hassle. The single button meeting join for Skype/Teams and even Webex is great. Polycom's software BTOE works most of the time flawlessly. The phone does occasionally reboot during or just before calls and takes forever to get going again. That's a bit annoying, but the featureset more than makes up for it.
