Review: Good yard sprayer - I've ran this for 5 tanks now. It's a good sprayer for your yard. I like the product itself. The recirculation part is a major plus as it keeps the chemical mixed up. I run the pump during filling to throughly mix the chemicals. The booms work good. The wand? Cheap. I don't like the wand, I'll be replacing it soon. My real complaint? The nuts and bolts sent with it. I was missing 4 bolts, couple of washers. Which, during assembly? Yup. Run to the hardware store. Other's have complained about it leaking out of the box. Tighten the clamps, good grief, how hard is that? The hose leading from the pump to the booms was too short. I cut a piece from the wand hose and fixed that. One of the clamps on a boom arm was loose, but the screw head on the clamp was too the inside of the boom arm. I had to cut the zip tie, loosen and rotate the clamp, then tighten and replace the zip tie. All in all, with a hardware store 10 minutes from me, the missing parts added about an hour to the assembly. Other than the missing parts and the clamp problem? I'm happy with the unit. I love the recirculating feature as it keeps the mix, mixed up. I will completely replace the wiring. That's not a issue with the sprayer as they have to do what is needed to fit many different applications. Just saying so you are ready to replace the wiring from your lawn mower to the pump. I'm going to replace the on off switch with a rocker switch plus hard wire it to the battery. My preference. I'll be using my sprayer a lot so I need a dedicated wiring solution. The wand? I'll be replacing it soon. The wand works, yes. Do I like the wand? No. I'm still giving it a 5 star rating. I like this sprayer and am happy that I bought it. When it comes to something like this? You will never have a (one size fits all) kind of system. Too many variables for the manufacturer. So. All in all? I like the sprayer. Would recommend it.
Review: A Real Game Changer for Weed Control - Took about 1 leisurely hour to put it together. I was short some of the 5/16 bolts and nuts, but fortunately had spares in my junk box. Directions were OK, but bolt shortage caused me to have to re-assemble the chassis. Axel washers were not packaged with other hardware but strung over the wand. I have 40 acres of forest in the western Sierra and am working to make it healthier, removing ground and ladder fuels. I have used this sprayer for just about 6 hours now, dispersing six 30-gallon loads. It really puts the herbicide out there. The 2-head spray manifold is a bit flimsy but works well and stows nicely for storage, The swath is actually more like 9 ft. I was pulling it behind my Suburban, 4WD over modest terrain. The wheels are a bit small for the forest floor but fine for yard work, bushings rather than bearings, but with a grease Zerk. The wand is all plastic fittings, rather leaky, but works. The wand hose was somewhat short for my application. The pump seems pretty robust. I powered it independently with a 20 Amp-Hr LiFePO4 battery, which only had to be recharged about a 30 minutes during the 6 hrs. Plan to replace the wand with brass, add a wand hose extension, possibly retrofit with 16" tires (will require raising the tank), and pull it with a 4WD Quad (or maybe retrofit to mount to the quad rack.) Will provide a 6-month update.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Battery in atv is low and in the front; from the reviews the included cables won't fit. what are some work-arounds? 2nd battery? portable charger?**
A: I’m not sure what you mean by won’t fit. The cables are about 6 feet long and have spring loaded clips that simply grip the battery terminals. My battery is in the front of my mower.

**Q: I need to spray grazon next hl at the rate of 24 oz of water diluted product per acre. at what rate/pressure do i need to spray?**
A: You will need to calculate your flow rate (Gallons Per Minute) , the width of the spray pattern, know the speed of the pulling vehicle and the concentration of the mixture. example 4 mph (1.14 feet per second per MPH) will travel114 feet in one minute, with a 6 foot spray pattern spray pattern will spray 2.2 gallons per minute and will cover 2736 square foot. there is 43,560 feet in a square acre. it takes 15.92 minutes to cover the acre. in that amount of time you will spray 31.84 gallons. To get the approximate spray you will need to add 12 oz to 16 gallons spray half and repeat the process on the second half.

**Q: how well does this work on Hills**
A: our property is hilly no issues here

**Q: Will this fit huskvarna rzt54 riding mower?**
A: It fits my quad which is much larger than your mower. I would definitely assume that it will fit your mower as long as you have a trailer hitch.... because the sprayer is a trailer

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Assembly instructions would have been nice
*by V***L on April 5, 2026*

My 40 year old sprayer bit the dust one last time and it wasn't cost effective to replace the aged rubber hoses and install a second pump, not to mention the pneumatic tires after 40 years had dry rotted to pieces. This little sprayer seemed a good option to try, even knowing that it won't likely give me the same life of performance but hey, I'll probably be dead before I can say "I told you so" in another 40 years. Biggest beef: Include the dang instructions for us old farts. What did the company save, like a dollar? Instead they include a QR code and you have to scroll through dozens of products to download a pdf that is freaking hard to read on a phone. So I lost a day until I could get it transferred and printed to take to the shop where the pieces lay strewn on the floor (always keep a grandkid or two around for your tech support with getting the instructions). Having said all that, I confess I lied and like any good man already started assembly without the instructions ofc. Advantages. The boom arms are spring hinged so if you whack a bush, they will fold out of the way rather than ripping off the tank or some other horrendous casualty. This tank has a drain (my old one did not which was a pain in the rump to flip it up end just to clean. And for winter storage, this is designed to hang from a wall hook in the barn (+++). Tank attachment holes lined up well with the trailer support holes. Annoyances. Plastic spray nozzles, barbs and valves. Got it, its the way of production today but they'll probably not last a couple years. For me, I harvested the brass nozzles from the old sprayer when things were built durable. Brass barbs and mini valves would be highly recommended (available at the hardware or Amazon) for anyone that wants to better ensure lasting performance. The tank 'lid' screws in and at first did not want to thread straight. Set your sprayer in the sun for a little while then try again, pressing down squarely to screw in. The cold plastic tank may have been a little distorted and much easier to 'fix' with the sun trick. One reviewer complained about the hitch but from the pics it look like it was assembled wrong. When assembled correctly and driven at sane speeds, I found no issues with the hitch so far. Don't forget to put the gasket in the drain cap before screwing it on. Actually mine still leaked because the gasket was cut. Easy, easy fix; a garden hose gasket fit right in and sealed the bugger up tight with no dribbles. Also check tight any preinstalled hose clamps; mine were loose and would have immediately leaked. Wiring comes with battery clamps and an inline switch. I promptly cut that off and replaced with an auto connector to match the aux wire on the tractor which I control with my LED missile control firing switch installed on the tractor instrument panel. Final assembly shown in the pics. Towing is adjustable in height to adapt to one of my garden tractors or to the ATV.
