**Q: How many meals are in this?**
A: 162 servings is not 162 meals.  For some of the contents you'll need several servings at a time to approach being what is considered a meal, even for a child.  The pail label assumes three meals per day per person, so that is better to look at for meal info than at the nutrition label servings.

**Q: How are these heated or prepared?**
A: You just add heated water to meals or cook in pan with water amount required on each package
And rhe milk you just add cold water.

**Q: do they need to be cooked?**
A: Yes they are dehydrated and need hot water

A: Compre una hace poco. La fecha dice 02 Jul 2021 hasta 18 Dec 2050. Pero me inmagino que varíe la fecha depende de cuando lo compre.
