**Q: Can I use this material to recover the boat trailer side rails?**
A: We used it to cover the rails that the boat sits on and also the rails on the side that guide the boat in, the ones that are at higher.

**Q: Will these cover a 2 x 6 and meet on the back side to completely cover the wood? My side rails on my trailer are 2x6 all other are 2x4**
A: A 2x 6 has a perimeter of 14", a 12" wide carpet will not meet on the back side.

**Q: How many ounces is this carpet?**
A: This is what I used to replace my bunk boards and used this carpet. I can't tell you how many ounces but after doing it a few times it is the same as the more expensive carpet and cut straight and not short. I have this saved and it is the only carpeti will use if I ever do it again highly recommend it
