Review: Nice pattern and reliable fountain pump - The pump & float came in separate boxes. Both were well packaged. The float has to be attached to the fountain pump and came with all the hardware for assembly and good assembly instructions. The float also came with tie-off ropes already attached to the float. This fountain puts out a nice symmetric pattern and the pump is quiet. We have used this model fountain for several years and have been happy with them. The prior fountain was getting old and it will be held as a backup spare.

**Q: I have 1 acre pond with fish, im interested in this fountain, do i need Pond Aeration beside it for the fish oxegen or this will do the job? thx**
A: This is a good question that many pond owners do not ask before purchasing a fountain. If your pond is 6' or less than a fountain could be your choice. It can also depend on the shape of your pond to determine the correct size fountain needed. If you have a deeper pond and you are looking for the visual than you might consider aeration and a fountain. Needless to say you don't need to buy both at the same time. **Q: Can I convert this to solar?**
A: There is a 3400VFX100 available that is solar powered, however, due to the complexity of the unit these it is recommended that you contact us at (833) 779-2837 prior to ordering one.  Solar units are very different than a grid-tied fountain.  If your question is can you add a solar power array to power this unit, the brief answer is yes.  However, that is significantly more complex than ordering a factory built solar unit.  Please call us and we'd be happy to discuss your options.  Thank you and enjoy your pond!
