I would suggest starting slowly. 1 a day for a few days, then 2 a day if things are going ok. Also, food grade clay and food grade charcoal are also supposed to help get the bad stuff out. I do detox baths, either clay + seaweed or epsom salts sometimes w/charcoal. that's a great way to detox because the bad stuff comes out your skin too, and it can get alot out in one bath. So, know that getting rid of the bad stuff in your gut takes a while. it's a marathon and not a sprint. start very slowly, work up to the suggested dose gradually. Since I did the test and have been following the recommendations and taking these products, I feel alot better, which means alot.
