I do detox baths, either clay + seaweed or epsom salts sometimes w/charcoal. that's a great way to detox because the bad stuff comes out your skin too, and it can get alot out in one bath. So, know that getting rid of the bad stuff in your gut takes a while. it's a marathon and not a sprint. start very slowly, work up to the suggested dose gradually. Since I did the test and have been following the recommendations and taking these products, I feel alot better, which means alot. I still think I have several more weeks to go, I'll get another microbiome test and see what that says.
