You can see in the product pictures how that thin plastic layer causes it to look wrinkled: that's accurate. The adhesive will hold them in place on my chest, but only for a couple of minutes, while I get a bra on. Definitely not to be used without a supportive bra. They do feel pretty good. Nice and soft. They even jiggle nicely. I wear them with a pocket bra and they usually tilt over sideways, with the top part pointing toward my armpits. You can't tell over clothing, it's not really a problem. They do make my chest sweat, though. Overall a good buy. I just won't wear them every day.
