It does a great job tinting bleached hair (or my highlights) a vivid pink color without damaging my hair. I do not have to leave it in for 20-30 minutes for it to work either. I leave it in for about 3-4 minutes while I am doing the rest of my shower and it works great! I actually love the way it looks as it fades because then I get all these different pink tones which occur. It can cause some pink discoloration in your shower floor- but it comes off easily with cleaning. It was a really great solution to tone down what could best be described as carrot orange. I've continued using it as my roots grow just to extend my salon visits. Pretty decent grey coverage! I leave it on for a good 5 minutes while I wash and then quickly condition to not rinse out too much brown. It is a bit drying but I control that with a spray in conditioner.
