## Overview

The Darton 300-020 Dry Cylinder Sleeve Kit is engineered for high-performance applications in K24, F20C, and F22C engines. This kit includes four precision-engineered sleeves, each with a bore of 3.410" and a durable wall thickness of 0.120", ensuring optimal performance and longevity. With a flange thickness of 0.375" and an outer diameter of 3.650", this kit is designed for a perfect fit, making it an essential upgrade for any serious automotive enthusiast.

## Description

Dry sleeves are named so because the sleeve body is not exposed to any cooling liquid within the block and is always installed in a block with an interference fit. Darton manufactures ductile iron sleeves for dry installation in aluminum blocks with special surface finishes and recommends that aluminum block cylinder walls be lightly honed with "Brush Research" bumble hones prior to sleeve installation. The combination of male and female surface preparation greatly enhances heat transfer when the sleeves are installed and fit properly.
