I use this backpack daily on my commute to work. It serves as a back protector while I'm on the road and a safe place to put my helmet once I'm off the road. Bag is big and spacious; it allows me to fit my helmet and a few other items or clothes inside. The build quality is good, I did have a fall with it on, and it did protect my back, it was a small fall but the only thing that ended up hurting that day was my knee and not my back. I'm currently giving some of their other products a try. Highly likely to buy this bag again in the future if my current one gets destroyed.
