Not bad, but occasionally jam in my rifle.  When they do, the plastic becomes gouged by whatever metal component it jams on.  I suppose you could say you get more training by having to clear the jammed rounds.  However, I wouldn't call that a selling point.  The extractor appears to be wearing on the base of the dummy rounds as well.  Based on the jams and the wear, I estimate these will have a shorter lifespan than I expected.

These dummy rounds tend to double feed, but since I only use them for teaching other people how to handle a gun I'm not terribly worried about it.

These aren't for dry fire practice. More for teaching others how to chamber a round and clear a round.
