If u can find this in a grocery store Busch, Kroger and Asian stores carry this brand. Read the ingredients then u can have a better idea of what they put in this processed soup package. I usually add some thinly sliced napa cabbage cuz this veggie does cook real fast, add some sliced button mushrooms and/or handful of chopped bok choy, with bok choy u add the white stem parts first then after close to 2 minutes add the green leafy parts this will cook real fast when soup is in fast boil. cover n wait 3 to 5 minutes depends on how wilted u want ur veggies to be. last step would be to add the beaten egg n stir with chopsticks or fork. We do not recommend microwaving this as a beaten egg should be gradually added to boiling water which is easier to do on the stovetop and ensures that the egg is cooked at a proper temperature. Please be careful while cooking! **Q: Can left overs be frozen or reheated? I'd like to make large batch for a couple days and possibly freeze some.** A: The package has nothing in it that could not be frozen as it's all powered for the most part. What you add in addition would be the only question. The egg when cooked should keep in refrigeration and the water is okay. I also add rice noodles which I like with the soup. They too should be okay when refrigerated but I'd not leave any of this soup under refrigeration for more than a couple of days. **Q: Why has this doubled in price in 10 months??? Looking at other brands now.** A: I think its doubled because during and after covid people were not buying it, now they are.
