Half the price as the competition (a similar stand that cacoon sells). Very sturdy metal, assembles in such a way to stand sturdily. Assembly was a breeze! 20 minutes by myself outside in the dark in 40 degree weather with just the little wrench that came with it, no tears, no cursing. : )If, like me, you got a double Cacoon only to discover it is ENORMOUS and you have no appropriate place to hang it this is a much better option than building a structure for it. If you have a smaller hanging chair like a single Cacoon this might not be the best option because the stand be bigger than necessary and take up a lot more space than necessary/might not fit where you want it.The ground straps will be a bit of a pain in the summer.
