In the past I used the Clinique instant perfector which was great but this is in essence a stick of clear silicone paste. IF you're very oily you might get some blurring to reduce shine but thats not what its marketing as, its claiming to reduce pore visibility. Save your hard earned cash for something else. I like that it's infused with vitamin E, and it goes on easily without being greasy. However, I found that it didn’t last as long as I expected, and my makeup started to break down after a few hours. It’s good for a light, everyday primer but doesn’t hold up as well for longer wear.
