However, it is okay to have brown rice in medium quantities along with gluten-free rotis (for a diabetic patient).About the product - I ordered 4 bottles for my father and the package was delivered at the expected time. As per him, the rice was really nice and great in taste! He enjoys it more than red rice or white rice.
