I emailed them, and asked for a change... As a vegan, that ingredient doesn't fit my needs. **Q: How big are the softgel capsules?** A: They are football shaped, gel caps, they are totally easy to swallow. It isn't a capsule, it's a small gelcap shaped like a fooball, easy to swallow. **Q: Do these actually make any noticable difference to your vision or eye health?** A: Visually it doesn't seem to make a difference. I use it to help prevent Macular Degeneration. It has helped other people in the past and I believe it works.
