Had plantar fasciitis in both heels and the usually comfy Birkis were too thin with no heel protection. Bought these and have never looked back! They are literally like walking on air and even after a few years the air insert is still good and they are wearing incredibly well. The straps hold them on nicely and the bumpy reflexology insoles are really good but may take a bit of getting used to for some. Lovely for walking and driving and are able to be used in water so good for the beach.
