Reston Lloyd’s first clay pot cooker was called Schlemmertopf and featured a warm brick oven motif. The new line features not only the brick oven design but comes in large useful sizes. The roaster comes with an unglazed lid which is soaked in water before use. During the cooking process, this absorbed water is released in the form of steam.
