I happen to love navy boots ... period. And I liked the design, but ... I usually have to wear a wide, because of bunions :-(. Also, I can wear shoes from a 10 wide, 11 med., to an 11 wide. It all depends. These are simply size 11 ... AND oh, so very comfortable! They are made well, as far as I can tell. And I can adjust the shoestrings to be loose/snug where I need them to be. Plenty of room width-wise and length-wise. - Reviews have noted that they run small, so I am sure I could not've been comfortable in a 10, but the 11 is perfect for me! - I plan on using these for hiking and in snow when that time arrives. The boot is strangely lighter than the shoe. Not sure how that happened but whatever. I love them and get lots of compliments on them at work. They're also shockingly waterproof. The very first night I wore the boots to work I accidentally stepped in a gross grassy mud puddle that went up to my ankle. I immediately thought I'd ruined them but the mud and water literally beaded right off and not a drop got in. Once the grass was dry I just stomped it off. Meanwhile one of my squad mates was later barefoot with a hose rinsing off his socks, shoes and feet off 🤣🤣 I thought they were going to be snug per the other reviews but it depends on what kind of socks you're wearing. Thick plush socks, size up a half size. Regular (even if they're slightly thicker) socks will fit fine in true to size boot. They keep my feet warm and comfortable in the winter but don't make my feet sweat in the Florida summer. Absolutely best work investment I've made in a long time.
