Review: Mine does not work correctly - Wish this product would work correctly! After a few weeks, the piece that pushes down on the pump to do the 'pumping' got off its track and does not really pump correctly, if at all. Sensor also keeps resetting itself and then draining battery when it continuously blinks red. Company sent me a second one due to the missing hardware for wall mounting, and the sensor on that one did not work at all.

It would not even have been enough soap if it were 10 times that amount. I kept trying it as maybe it need to get primed and even did that by hand but the thing never worked right. I tried to set the unit to dispense the largest amount but it still put out only a tiny bit and after a few times would not dispense any soap at all. I followed directions and I tried it several times over a couple days time. I ended up returning it and bought another cheap push dispenser from Aldi that works great!

Wish this product would work correctly! After a few weeks, the piece that pushes down on the pump to do the 'pumping' got off its track and does not really pump correctly, if at all. Sensor also keeps resetting itself and then draining battery when it continuously blinks red. Company sent me a second one due to the missing hardware for wall mounting, and the sensor on that one did not work at all.

This is a very different soap dispenser from other products on Amazon which are similar in appearance and have no surprise. I found it difficult to choose a best from them until I encountered this one. Now I have got this dispenser for days, and it turns out to be super in quality and just like what the seller described in the products page. When I use it for the first time with simple installation, there is some air in the bottle. But after several pushes, the soap foam came out smoothly with no problem. And it comes with a dedicated Wall Mount Bracket and Desktop Bracket; you can hang it on the wall to save your place just like what I have done. It works excellently and seems like it is a customized product for my bathroom. If you want to put it on the platform, it is also Okay. I believe I have chosen a brilliant dispenser for my family and me and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. It worth all compliments.
