Review: A must have in a multi-cat household - With 3 cats and what seems to be a never ending supply of cat hair everywhere, I can use all the help I can get for my floors. These heavy duty mop refills are great. They do not fall apart. They are sturdy, thick, and nicely soaked. When too wet, can be a little streaky on my laminate wood floors but nothing a little ringing out or another pass or two doesnt solve. They clean stains, smudges, mud, and pick up crumbs, dust, lint and yes, it picks up hair. No such thing as hair free in my home but the difference the swiffer mop pads do is like night and day. I can even clean my walls with these as well. Greas product. I only have 2 complaints. The first is the quality of the lid on the container. Lid is cheap. Doesn't fully snap close most of the time. Just kinda lays ontop. Lid easily cracks as well. Just a lousy lid. Often allows leakage during shipment as well. The 2nd complaint is the smell of the pads. It's not a nice sweet smell nor a nice clean refreshing smell, but rather a synthetic overpowering chemical smell that tries really hard to pass off as perfume. Hate it. Of course smell is subjective. Others might like the smell just fine. So overall, the biggest issue is the lid of the container. I hope they fix the lid. Product itself is great.
