Though first couple times reading it I kept getting distracted with the pronunciation spelled in English underneath the Gujarati word. Kinda like watching movie with subtitles when you understand the language. But I’m sure pretty helpful in general to have that. Also the glossary at the end is very practical for conversational Gujarati. Only two things that could be better but are not a deal breaker: Font on front cover saying ka kachbaano ka is a little hard to make out due to color scheme Unlike a board book the pages are regular so need to be careful around young children Good recommendation for immigrants trying to teach their kids or other relatives Gujarati.
