The Evoko LISO room manager consists of an 8 inch touch sensitive display that is attached to the wall in front of the conference room and connected to the company Exchange Server. Installation on the server is as easy as creating a new employee on the network. All important information is displayed on the display: current time, start and end of the meeting, and during the meeting the remaining time of use of space. The touch sensitive display has a clear menu structure and gives you a quick overview of the booking status. It allows you to book, cancel or extend a reservation from a meeting.
