The sponge that came with my Pro model wasn’t Round! The two sides were cut off and it doesn’t fit completely in the unit. That being said it’s a 5 star product for doing what it supposed to do. As the picture of my ZAD900Ce shows the humidity is up from a starting 49% to 59% in just a few days in the case! The price of the unit is, I think, equal to it based on the spun aluminum cover vs the plastic every other Sound hole humidifier uses. It looks really nice but works even better. I was really hoping it would eliminate the feedback I get as I play with an amplifier more than not. It doesit perfectly and actually seems to make each note sound out clearer. It also fit perfectly in the sound hole with no issue to install.
