Under about 25℃ room temperature, 100° hot water to 50° and 5° cold water to 15° after 12 hours. Safe, healthy and food grade silicone jug stopper to prevent heat dissipation. Groove spout and inner silicone circle to avoid leaking when pouring water. Humanized handle and unique outside design make it convenient to use. Using Method: Please soak and clean the thermal flask interior side with neutral detergent or warm water before using. Please arranging pre-warming or pre-cooling before using will get better effect. In order to get better heat retention, please store 90% capacity drinks. The product can not be heated with fire or stove, clean it after using for milk or juice.

**Q: How easy is the lid to clean. These lids tend to not come apart and build up with moisture/mold over time**
A: I just run water in the small opening but it doesn’t come apart. The carafe doesn’t keep things hot very long at all

A: Hi,if you cleaning it, please wipe with a soft cloth that won't damage the color on the outside.

**Q: Is this a 100% stainless steel carafe? I am looking for one that has zero plastic.**
A: Yes, but the top and handle are plastic but high quality and looks like steel.

**Q: Can you purchase a replacement lid?  Carafe is great - lid broke today and I would like to purchase a replacement.**
A: I really Don't know. If that would happen to me, I would contact; Haosend and ask if they sell replacement lids for the 64oz Thermal Carafes. Hope this helps.
