I took selfies occasionally to see if I could detect change and this last batch finally convinced me it's not my imagination—my eyebrows ARE looking a lot better! I made the collages to help me compare directly without having to flip back and forth between photos; I tried to match scale and angle as much as possible using my eye length as a guide (I also played with the saturation and warmth on one of them; hence the difference there). At one point I thought I might have lost some hair in the tails of my eyebrows (possibly true and due to natural hair cycle) but since at most it was a hair or two and I thought I could detect some growth elsewhere I decided to give it some more time. As I said, it wasn't until this last set of selfies that I was completely sure there was measurable improvement. Looking at the collages makes it clear that I have definitely improved; if I were more consistent no doubt I would be further along, but this has given me the incentive to really stick with the process and work on improving my consistency. I hope to get to a point where my eyebrows are back to near my natural shape (fortunately my daughter got my eyebrows and has never plucked so I know what I am aiming for—*why oh why* did I pluck such nice eyebrows? They look awesome completely natural on my daughter and I hope she never plucks!). My understanding is that in order to maintain any progress with these serums you have to continue using them; I however don't mind the idea of that, it simply becomes part of my daily skin-care routine. Yet it has great reviews so it is doing something. I believe what it is doing for those getting successful results is helping maintain and nourish the body's natural ability to have good lashes and brows. If you inherently do not have good lashes or brows, that is likely why this or other products that do not contain bimatoprost or at the very least, biotin are not working for you. Lash growth requires an active amount of the ingredient bimatoprost (the active ingredient in Latisse). It is said to help stunted follicles grow more rapidly and stimulate follicles that are currently not producing lashes to begin producing them. In theory this ingredient can do the same to help eye brows grow. Other helpful ingredients are Biotin and panthenol, they help to strengthen the hair. Hyaluronic Acid helps to condition and soften the hair. Although products  that do not contained bimatoprost will not magically make hair grow, they may be helping other ways. It is likely the result of the user simply tending to their lashes and brows that is helping their natural properties of growth by keeping them healthy. So I would say, judging from the reviews, it is worth a try for the price. I liked Lash Boost from Rodan & Fields but it is over 3x the price of this. It does contain bimatoprost and something called prostaglandin that I'm not as familiar with but again it is not cheap.
